Our specialised blends are technically tisanes or herbal infusions made from ingestible dried flowers, leaves, berries and roots. We do not use the plant Camellia Sinensis for our herbal blends and so they do not contain caffeine.

This will depend entirely on how much and how often you have your herbal tea. Each pouch of 200 grams can provide up to 30+ servings of tea. We recommend drinking your herbal blend for 14+ days consistently and using within one year of purchase.

Our sustainable pouches are designed to prevent oxygen from coming in, allowing your herbs to stay fresher for longer. After using your herbal blend, release any excess air inside the pouch through the internal valve. This will help protect the herbs from humidity, oxygenation and other contaminants. Please also store your pouch in a cool, dry, dark place, away from heat and light.

Composting is one of the most environmentally-friendly tea habits you can adopt to enrich your garden as well as benefit the overall health and wellness of the earth. Rather than tossing your herbs in the bin after use, it can be upcycled for compost. When added to compost, natural herbs break down to release their concentrated nutrients and become an excellent source of organic material to enrich your compost pile.
