This herbal blend is 100% natural and therefore suitable for all diets. It is vegan, cruelty free, gluten free, lactose free, soy free, halal and suitable for kosher diets.
Is this tea safe for me to drink?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic illness or taking prescription medication, please seek medical advice before taking this herbal tea.

How Should I have This Herbal blend?
DRINK
Pour 50 grams of herbal blend in a small pot/kettle of water & bring to a boil. Strain into a mug and pour herbs back into pot/kettle to re-use for next servings. Drink herbal tea neat, mixed with organic seamoss and only if necessary, sweeten with 100% organic date or agave nectar.
RE-USE
After your first servings of tea, top up your kettle/pot of herbs with fresh water & boil to re-use the herbs when you desire. Refrigerate if needed and repeat this process at least 4 more times to enjoy 30+ servings of tea.
LIFESTYLE
Drink at least 2 cups of tea a day consistently for 14 days- one upon rising on an empty stomach and another before sleep. For best results, drink 3+ servings of your herbal blend daily alongside a diet rich in original plant foods, fresh fruit and plenty of water.
